Commitment to Reasonable Wage – In line with the Labour Department’s announcement in July 2023, ICITIC fully supports and implements the Minimum Wage Policy. This policy is a stride toward fairness and socioeconomic growth, and it encompasses:

• A minimum salary of $500 per month for full-time workers in the banking, finance, and ICT sectors.
• A minimum hourly wage of $2.62 for part-time workers in these sectors.
• An emphasis on fair compensation before any retirement contributions.
• A transitional period for employers to update contracts to reflect the new minimum wage rates.
